Sweet, sweet Sprout is a special

needs (hydrocephalus puppy.   She was rescued by F.R.O.G.S.from a shelter. She is in foster care with an experienced volunteer and the rescue is working with the vet team to improve Srpout's health. She is on a MEDCIAL HOLD for now.
