Welcome, Baby Pebbles,

 

weet, sweet Pebbles is a special

needs (hydrocephalus puppy.   She was rescued by F.R.O.G.S.from a breeder still trying to make money on a sick pup. She is in foster care with an experienced volunteer and the rescue is working with the vet team to improve Pebble's health. She has hydrocephalus and a respiratory infection. She is on a MEDICAL HOLD for now.
