Pepper is an almost 2 years old, blue pied. She was surrendered to the vet in Tallahassee because of irritable bowel disease, which was caused by 2 different obstructions that required surgery. She is now on different medications a special food  Pepper also has various allergy/skin issues that will require treatment. Pepper settled into her foster family's home very well. She is very active and loves to jump high. She likes other dogs, not sure about cats.
