He was taken to shelter the day before Thanksgiving due to paralysis in his back legs. The owner couldn't afford medical care, so a shelter took him in. Bogart had a limited amount of time in the shelter before being euthanized. F.R.O.G.S. stepped in and Bogart was picked up and taken to the vet. He was given medication, fleas addressed and off to the vet for further evaluation. He will need to be neutered before becoming available.
